Gender equality index at Gekatex
Since 1 March 2020, companies with more than 50
employees are required to publish the gender equality
index. This is an index that makes it possible to
measure the gender pay gap in a transparent way.
The evaluation grid made available by the government
includes 5 criteria to ealuate structures.
Gekatex thus obtains a score of 94/100, which reflects
our investment and commitment for several years to
fight against inequalities between women and men.
We are working to guarantee equality between men
and women and to promote gender mix and diversity.
